I know a HUGE list of tutorials, but there are so many i can't remember them all! I've been to devianart.com like the other one said, and it's great, and here's the rest I can think of:

I don't remember the rest!! But if you type in any search engine either "manga tutorials" or "anime tutorials" you'll get tons of them that's how I came across these.

I don't know any direct sources... however if you manage to browse around any of the following sites either just ask an artist who's work you like or use the forums.
