Harvard Law School is in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It's just outside of Boston. It is one of the most competitive programs in the nation.

And yes, you must go to college prior to applying to law schools. It is necessary to earn a bachelor's degree prior to applying to any law school. If you plan to shoot for Harvard Law, you must earn an extremely high GPA (like 4.0) during the entirety of your undergraduate study. You must also take the LSAT exam before applying to law schools, and achieve one of the highest possible scores.

Best wishes to you.
