I know that in countries like Korea, although women do work until marriage, that once they do get married they are expected to quit full time work and devote to full time housewife.

I heard that in a some chinese speaking countries, there is less pressure to quite full time work after marriage. which country is this?

There are many Asian countries which have policies that are supportive of working women.

Further they have additional measures to support women who are pregnant or have children as well.

China, India, Singapore, Sri lanka, Philippines, Thailand are just a few countries that have such policies, that would not discriminate against married women and in fact have maternity leave and child care policies which support women in families to work.

Hope this helps.

I know that the Japanese women work. The royal princess was a diplomat. The Chinese women also work in factories, farm and teach. So I do not think that any Oriental countries forbid women to work

I don't know about the "Oriental" Asian countries, but in India women work even after getting married. I have family there and my girl cousins still work, and they're married.
