maybe you mean the kind where an egg . that size doesn't get fertilized and then the womans body has to get rid of all the blood that went there preparing for a baby to get attached there. So it bleeds out for a week or so.

Its a menstrual cycle that occurs every month. Basically they bleed from their uterus. A period is normal and happens to every girl.
