Yes, but only causes about 4% of pregnancies annually. It is unknown how much sperm is present in pre-ejaculate and widely thought that the sperm present are picked up from a prior ejaculation. Be sure to use a condom or other method of birth-control as the 'pull-out method' is unreliable.
