If you're looking for something quick to help you relax, breathe in for an 8 count, then out for 16. It really works.
Don't wait until the last minute to study... very stressful.
Study the hard stuff first so your mind is fresh. You'll remember it better. Go over it again after you've studied everything else, just to refresh. Feeling like you actually know it will take away some stress.
Prioritize... do what's important to YOU this week. Tell people "NO." If you have more on your plate than you can handle... you WILL stress.
Pray.
And laugh....
"Now I lay me down to study
I pray Thee Lord I don't go nutty.
If and when I learn this junk,
I pray Thee Lord I do not flunk.
Now I lay me down to rest,
Thinking of tomorrow's test.
If I should die before I wake,
at least the test I do not take."

1. If you have a car, drive out somewhere remote and scream. If no car then ride a bike. If no bike then just use a pillow in the comfort of your own room.
2. Read a book - not a schoolbook, but something just for fun. I myself read sci-fi/fantasy and horror novels.
3. Play a video game - the simpler, the better. Even if it's a kid's game, it will help you relax as long as it's not stressful.
4. Take a long walk.
5. Go to the local gym and beat the tar out of a punching bag.
6. Find an abandoned building, get a sledge hammer, and HAVE FUN....
These are just a few of many ways to relieve stress....(my favorite is 6....)
