My brother is an asthmatic and after ten years his asthma has shown no sign of improving. He has been to several doctors but they didn't help much.
If you want a proven, all-natural way to cure your asthma, without having to pay for useless medications with harmful side-effects, then this is the most important page you'll ever read.

I have some asthma problems as well. First I started in baby steps, practiced on my treadmill for instance will an inhaler if I needed one. But once I got used to that, my body could take the running outside, hope this helps you!

As an XC runner, i know several kids who also have asthma. They usually end up getting the running shorts with pockets inside....try that to carry your inhaler

Run and bring a small thermous of warm to hot tea... sip and drink as you need it... The heat should help... Also, anyone that is out of shape or doesn't exercise regularly will have shortness of breath ya know..

just be sure to take ur breathalizer with u when u run...take short strides and try to run in place with no smog. Aforest,at the beach,by a lake...the more oxygen u receive, the better. U have to pace urself in order to see how far u can run without weezing.
Good luck!

Avoid running in extremes of temperature. Also you will need your rescue inhaler with you (albuterol).
