I don't think of any movie sequel was as good as the original.
But what movie do you think was as good as the original or better?

I was going to say Godfather 2 also, but I thought no no no. We all know Dirty Dancing Havana Nights was a stellar movie, with a killer script and highly trained actors the caliber of which have not been seen since....well ever quite frankly.

Easy, Terminator 2 was better than Terminator 1.
Star Wars Episode 3 was better than 1 % 2.
And, Lord of The Rings: Return of The King was better than it's previous movies.

Only one case where the sequel was better.
The Empire Strikes Back
maybe, maybe Superman II.
even the Godfather II wasnt as good, though I think it may have earned best picture, and best actor for DeNiro.

I like cutesy movies so I would have to say Cheaper By The Dozen 2, I thought it was better than the first. I also loved Meet the Fockers just as much as I loved Meet the Parents.

Rocky 2 is another great one.
Kill Bill 2 is OK
All Harry Potters are great.
And Pulp Fiction if you want to count that as the sequel to Reservoir Dogs

The Lord of the Rings sequel, matter of fact, the LOTR series was great. Each was better than the last.
