Money. Money drives everything in this world. They will sugar coat it by honoring the victims families or saying "dedicated to all those who lost their lives...". But the bottom line is, well, the bottom line.

Because it was an actual event and they know it'll sell! People (like myself) love to see what might have happened in a true story or event. And of course if they make it really good, they'll get high ratings and make lots of money.

because i wasn't right there for 9/11, but for "united 93" (the movie) i was in the cockpit, I wasn't there for "friday night lights" but in the movie, i was jumping in victory to. come on nothing like a tear jerker or feel good movie, and when you know it's real we are more intriqued

I think they are easier to get into since you know its a true story and it hits harder. Just like "We Are Marshall" That school is 2 hours from me so I know I will go see it. If something effects a lot of people, other people want to know about it.

At my college we are having Senior Contertation or inspite of like the position the seniors prepare graduating in the front of the underclassmen and that i'm no longer satisfied about IT because ITS an afternoon FOR MOURNING i understand it became 6 YEARS in the past yet THAT DOESNT remember!!!!! :(:(:(:(:(

Because they CAN.
And people will watch them and they'll get reviews like "Stunning." "Heartbreaking." "A magnificent rendering." Stuff like that...it sells!
