Okay i need to know when should i take a pg test...and i dont want the answer when i miss my period because i dont know when my periods are supposed to come...i had my last period the 15th of november and i ovulated the 6th of december..so when do i test if i dont know when my next period is supposed to be here...please just give me a reasonable date of when youd test if you were me?? cause im taking vitex and super primrose and my doctor said if your pregnant and you keep taking it it will cause a miscarriage...but i dont know when my period is supposed to be here..i dont feel bloated or anything? Please help!

IF you know for sure that you ovulated on December 6th, then you should get your period roughly 14 days after that, so by the 20th. I would say its almost too early to test right now, if you dont get your period by the 24th, definatley test. (That would mean your luteal phase is over the normal amount of 14-16 days and is very promising for pg.)
So, in closing, my advice would be to test on or after December 20th. Also, if you did concieve, then it takes the embryo about 7-10 days to implant in your uterus and its not until a few days after that you can detect the pregnancy hormone hcG in your system.

you can take a pregnancy test 1 week from conception but best to wait till about 3 - 4 weeks so if you have ovulated on the 6th of december id wait untill about the 26th or so, but you could go to your doctor and have a blood test that is more accurate and you would find out one way or the other.
