What are the best tampons for teens?

I am going to start using tampons on my next period. My flow is really light but I would like to use tampons because I am in a lot of sports at school. Do you know of any tampons that are good for teens or maybe some for a light flow? Thanks! And also, I don't want to buy a multi pack because I wouldn't use half of them.

I have used OB tampons for 10 years now. I like the ones with no applicatior. They are so easy to use, are super super small (like smaller then chapstick).

I am pretty sure that this is the only brand of tampon that offers applicatorless variety...try it, it wont hurt and you might become hooked!!

Either way...good decision with the tampon thing. It is the best thing invented for women...i am surprised when i hear that women in their twenties havent used tampons or dont know how to insert them...the is no way you can make a mistake!! You will KNOW if it is in your butt and it is impossible to get it in y our "pee hole" without being in maor pain!!

I think it's Playtex that offers a thin tampon. Your best bet though is to use the ones for a normal flow. That way in case you have a bit more than usual you'll be protected. I like the Playtex gentle glide. They are comfortable to put in and wear.

tampax pearl is the most comfortable to put in and they're not that big either
but you need to make sure you KNOW how to use a tampon 1st
you still should use pads at night though you dont want to get tts (a deadly disease that comes from wearing your tampon more than 8 hrs)

playtex slimfit or try the playtex sports i think that playtex has the best ones

Use the TAMPAX PEARLS......they have options of sizes and stuff but i only trust TAMPAX
