Mini skirt.....hot,but not with boots.Save them for jeans and a preppy sweater.

On two conditions- the skirt covers your butt, and the boots aren't stilletos or high heeled.

not cowgirl boots, but ankle boots or black leather ones are fine with mini skirts. just don't go too trampy here though.
