C'mon, this isn't hard.

0 + 2y = 1
y = 1/2

-2 + 2y = 1
2y = 3
y = 3/2

2 + 2y = 1
2y = -1
y = -1/2

Remember that the first value in each bracket represents x. Brackets in general would represent (x,y).

Therefore, all you have to do is first solve for y,
x + 2y = 1
2y = -x + 1
y = (-1/2)x + (1/2)

And now, plug in each value for x to get y.
If x = 0, then y = (-1/2)(0) + 1/2 = 1/2
x = -2, y = (-1/2)(-2) + 1/2 = 1 + 1/2 = 3/2
x = 2, y = (-1/2)(2) + 1/2 = -1 + 1/2 = -1/2

(0, 1/2), (-2, 3/2), (2, -1/2)

Well, first get it into slope-intercept form to make it easier:
y=mx+b
y= -1/2x +1/2

(0,_)
y=0-1/2
y= -1/2
(0,1/2)

(-2_)
y= -1/2(-2/1)+1/2
y=1+1/2
y=3/2
(-2,3/2)

(2,_)
y= -1/2(2)+1/2
y= -1+1/2
y= -1/2
(2,-1/2)
