No, he has not. Although it would be very nice, wouldn't it? =) hahah
He has recorded two christmas songs, though.
1) i'll be home for christmas
2) O holy Night
I'll Be Home for christmas was done live at a radio station. I think the official studio version can be bought from iTunes right now. it should be up by now.
O Holy Night was done live for a PBS taping (available on the "Josh Groban: in concert" dvd) and for a concert at the Vatican in 2002.

i checked leoslyrics.com and there is no "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" by Josh Groban.
he did do "Oh Holy Night". it doesn't say what album though...sorry
