I put new igniter on furnace and today i put a new thermostat on. I cleaned the three orifices (what gas comes through); not stopped up. Now running a 2 short and 4 long L E D code which means (secondary fuse is open). Please help......need heat!!!!!!!!!

Guessing Carrier? There is a short in your wiring from the t-stat. The 3 amp fuse on your circuit board popped. Find the problem and replace the fuse. If your still having the ignition problem after this then re post your question I'll give you some ideas.

Do you have a flame roll-out sensor tripped? These are manual reset limits (about the size of a dime) located around the burner box (both sides, top or bottom) and sometimes on the flue near the inducer motor. If one of these is tripped, you can reset it but be sure to find out why it tripped! Usually a sign of a cracked heat exchanger.

If it glows it is working must not be getting gas or has another problem. You need to call a service man. Sorry
