Eat less, move more.

2000 calories is obviously too much for you without exercise.

Try lifting weights with your arms only, sitting in a chair or on a weight bench so it won't involve your ankles. Maybe swimming?

Remember, every ounce of fat on your body gets there through your mouth.

Good luck.

If u fractured your ankle, chances are u can still do exercises for your abs and arms. Do cruches and lift weights. Since your already eating right, there's not much I can say about that. Just don't eat a lot of sugar and don't starve yourself nomatter what.

anything that you take out of your diet, for example if you drink a coke a day and you stop onlythat, you will loose 10-15 pounds in a couple of weeks, thats my story, maybe it will work for you, maybe its another food that you really like but if its junk food, try it and replace it with carrot sticks or apples or some other fruit that you really like and oh, dont forget 8-10 glasses of water a day.
