I like Option A better, but I think they would look kind of slutty with a mini. Both of the shoes are so similar, though, that I don't think it really matters which ones you wear.

frankly both of them will look slutty. The seconds arent as cute and therefore will make the outfit look less sexy. but thats not what we're going for. If i were you i wouldnt wear heels with a mini skirt, even if you have short legs. Flats are much more safe and still cute.

#2--the one from the Rendy Emporium or whatever. It has not as many obvious buckles. But they both would look more sluttish than flats or not-black high heels.

a mini with strappy heels like either pair of those generally looks "slutty" anyway.
try a cute pair of knee-high boots, instead.
