The easiest option would be to concentrate on using eyeliner and mascara to bring attention to your eyes. Then use a sheer pinkish nude gloss for your lips.
If you feel you need more color, use a soft bronzer instead of a blush. I think it will be easier to find a bronzer that suits your skin tone and the dress. Also, a you can swipe a bit of the bronzer on your eye lids to enhance your eyes a bit more.

no..no... ok since your wearing a pink and u are a peachy tan you want your eyes to stand out... dont get wild but make them notceable, dont go with the pink, unless you but different coors...
OK, so use a pink as a base on all your eye up to your eyebrow, then your gonna get a light gold and put it all on your eyelid , finally you get a brown and you do the outside of ypur eye, and try to follow the arc to do a shadowy look, your put eyeliner, some bronzer on your cheeks trhen blush and some cream coor lipglioss, or clear, dont make your eyelashes look at stuck together either, youll look beautiful

Use some foundation that matches your skin tone & some blush. And then try curling your eyelashes with some mascara and brown or maybe black {possibly} then find a nice color lip gloss like a light pink.

In this case, just put on light makeup... blush, eyeshadow, pink-tone lipstick with gloss. NO dark eyeliner!
