What is it with our fellow Americans who have to sue at every turn?

It's too easy for them to file a lawsuit. And there are plenty of lawyers willing to take them to make several thousand bucks.

That is so true. Everything is such a big deal. Everyone is out for people's money. It's a dog eat dog world now. I don't feel any sense of kindness at all. All I see is pure selfishness and greed.

In my parent's neighborhood our next door neighbor sued an elderly woman because her son fell down and hit his head on her (the elderly woman's) concrete driveway. How ridiculous? People are just in it for the money. There's no justification for most law-suits anymore--just greedy people. It's sickening!

I don't agree with suing over everything, but big corporations see themselves as above the law, untouchable, and crooked as hell! If they are at fault, and you can stick it to them, God bless you.
