A stranger is not necessarily a person unknown to you. A person might see the same guy around town, here and there, even sort of realize that he works in a certain shop and takes the trash out or sweeps up or something, but other than that, he is a stranger to you, in that he's not someone you have done any interacting with, don't much notice, doesn't give you any notice, he's just some generic person you see sweeping now and then, etc.
A perfect stranger is someone you have never, ever, seen or heard before and who has no relation in anyway to you at all.
The phrase is intended to emphasize just how much a stranger the person is.

The perfect thing about them is that you don't really know enough to care about them. You don't care about their feelings or outcome. You mare care about them as a person, but not as an individual. You wouldn't be able to pick him out of a crowd... The average Joe's brother?

It's just the image that the music industries around the world trying to creat but in reality, it's non-existent.

you start you find flaws when you start to getting closer to a person --- we all have flaws but as a stranger you dont know anything abt him/her ...so its perfect and stange!

They make you curious and you don't know anything about them, you might hate them at first sight, and you might question their actions! It's all personal experience.
