how do i find out whois calling my cell?

its marked as unavialable and when i answer the phone they hang up

You need a service call Caller ID. If you have the caller telephone number you can do a search number on the net to find out who it belong to.

If it says unavailable, then there is no way to find out, unless you go to the police, they see it as a threat, then they can investigate and see who it is.
