One year my daughter complained I always forgot to buy her deodorants when I shop so at Christmas time she got 10 bottles of deodorants and each one was wrapped seperately. She never complained again.
What did you get or gave that was unusual or funny?

When I was about 11 years old, I gave my uncle a tiny car, about 2 inches long. I put it in a tiny box, then kept adding (wrapped) boxes until the last one was about the size of a shoe box. We all did a lot of laughing, as did he while he opened them.

The gag gifts are fun. I gave someone a can of chocolate covered ants. It became a conversation piece; nobody had the nerve to open it. :)

My Mother-in-law, was very practical and she had lived in times when she did not have much. She was so good and kind and would not hurt anyones feelings. So when she gave me this gift so long ago, I tried not to be hurt. I kept it in my mind, that she was only being helpful to me. She used to come and stay with us for six weeks at a time. We Love her Dearly, but this one gift , somewhat made me wonder. When she would come to stay with us, we had a faulty toilet stool. She would have to use our toilet plunger every now and then, as the flush was not good. Well my toilet plunger had a large rip in it, so it was not effective enough. She said to me, that I need a new toilet plunger. I went and purchased one, after she left. When we went to her house on Christmas Eve, the first thing she handed me was a brand new toilet plunger. I felt somewhat sad, to think she would give that to me. But she did. I tried not to show my disappointment, but then after a while I came down off my high horse and said Thank you, Grandma. My funniest, and yet disgusting Christmas Present was a brand new toilet plunger. Grandma is gone now. She lived to be almost 100 years old. I Loved her dearly.

My mother gave me a bucket of "crack spackle". In side was an extra long tee shirt. I guess I was flashing my plumbers butt too much.

I gave this guy I liked for a long time a huge box filled with different colored condoms and flavored lubrication! LOL, he was so embarrassed when he opened it in front of everyone. We used everything in the box too!
