You've had at least 7 hours from when you previously posted this question to have figured it out on your own... You mentioned that you couldn't completely finish it, but that implies that you did start working on it. Perhaps if you showed some of your work, someone else could check it and tell you what further you need to do.

Alternatively, look at your question from 7 hours ago. There were some responses that might help you figure it out...

Let α be the angle at the observer from the horizontal to the top of the pedistal and let the observer be d m away

Then tanα = 46/d and tan (θ + α) = 92/d

So α = arctan (46/d) and θ + α = arctan (92/d)

Therefore θ = arctan (92/d) - arctan (46/d)

Now you apply calculus

That should give you a good start
