MY MIND AND SOUL.....
I can't claim harmony with my body, as I'm still overweight, and have a long list of health problems. My body is convinced that it has a personal grudge match against me. It's decided that since it has to have my mind and soul as unwanted tenants, it's going to make life a living farce for them both. So they won't be able to rest until they have left this body in peace, which won't happen anytime soon because I won't let it.
