No. Most of the players in the World Baseball Classic play in the Major Leagues already. Therefor the winner of the World Baseball Classic should smoke the winner of the World Series.
It would probabually be better to see the winner of the World Series play champions from other leagues in different countries.

at the same time as the international series began 103 years in the past, america became the actually usa in which baseball became performed with any frequency. Albert Spalding (look him up) had undertaken a international baseball excursion earlier to spread the game, yet as of 1903 it hadn't taken off like it hence did. the yankee League had only began play in 1901. on the instantaneous, there became an intense competition between the familiar nationwide League and the upstart American League. communities from each league even went so a ways as to thieve gamers from the different league. the international series became a thanks to make your innovations up which league champion became the more desirable ideal crew in a head-to-head competition. also, from a political perspective, the US became the international's actually superpower, having defeated Spain in a short conflict at the same time as England's empire became concurrently falling by using the wayside. a touch chest thumping became so as, so calling the series the international series and pertaining to the winner as international Champion wasn't--and nonetheless isn't--a huge deal. us of a of america remains the finest usa in the international and baseball remains the finest activity in the international.

No, because what if some players that were on the World Baseball Classic championship team were on the World Series winning team. Which team would they have to play for. That is why it is not going to happen.

The World Baseball Classic was a great, great series! I enjoyed that as much as I enjoyed any of the games I've watched in MLB.
It was pure unadulterated baseball - players playing to win.. for pride, for their countries and for their teams. (The only issue was that too many of the teams were not in top playing shape - so it remained an exhibition)
Anyway, back to your question:-)
I don't think it's a great idea because it wouldn't work. Suppose the Dominican Team won and the World Series winner had 3/4 Dominican players starting... you see the problem.
Maybe the idea of a World League may sprout at some future date given the success of The World Baseball Classic.

That makes no sense.
Maybe have the World Series champs play the Japanese league champs, but the WBC teams are kind of like a nation's allstar team.

No, the Classic is an exhibition. The World Series is the ultimate championship for baseball. I enjoyed the Classic this last spring, but I didn't really care who won because it doesn't really matter. It is a world exhibition.

Umm.......what??? this is stupid...we put together a team that was the best of the best from America and didnt win, so why should the Japs have to play the WS winner? That doesnt even make sense. Not one single team has players from one race and thats what the WBC was about, each country being represented...you cant put Dominicans, Blacks, Whites, Japs, Canadians, Venezualans, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans, etc all on one team and say that they should have to play Japan...
Japan won it outright and they are the champs until next time...

no, because during the offseason is when most players have surgeries and try and heal. internationally, japan was the best. but i wouldnt mind having the MLB champ and the japan champ (japan's league) play each other.
