It depends what you mean. If you're talking about the music, it's an opinion, and I'd have to say they are not a gay band. If you're talking about the people in the band, they're not gay.
It really doesn't matter though. Gay or not I still love the music.
Geez, if they all shaved their hair off I would still listen to the CD.

Nope they are not they are all very hott. Mostly Ryan and Brendon, but Jon is cute too Spencer not as much. they have awesome music too. Ryan is also very talented with make up. he does the whole bands make up for shows he even does his own. And i Love guys in girls pants.lol
