If you me Calling for free,Yes Skype is free from pc to pc and it sounds just like a phone. No echoing. MSN and Yahoo Messengers both do pc to pc free as well I have not tried them yet but they are supposed to have made huge improvements recently

i think skype is one.........but the people who u want to call have to have skype in order to talk to them........i think
