for me it started with 100 dollars, now last year i got 800 dollars, same job. i think it all depends how much money we made over the year, and that's how he comes out with the amount of bonus. what are your experiences?

past jobs=$$ bonus based on the time you were employed, amount of sales, goals met.
current job? my bonus is i get to spend money (if i was participating) making a pot luck dish for people that dont give two sh*ts about each other any other day of the year.
my future job? i will own the company and make sure all my employees get a $100 bonus and a nice lunch/dinner.

A beautiful book, it's a daily encouragement type book. The company I work for is very Christian based. I was so glad to get it, and it was wrapped very nice. I am happy. Hubby though is lucky to get 50.00 on a visa gift card, last year he made the company he works for over 200,000 in profit after taxes and labor and everything. He feels ripped off.

We dont get a bonus! Its a million dollar company. That one owner ownes. Makes me sick!

My bonus is having my husband and children home with me for their vacations. The kids get two weeks off and my hubby gets 5 days off and I love it!!

My company doesn't participate in Christmas, so we do not get a Christmas bonus.

I dont work, but my mom got this huge luggage bag, a bunch of games, glass cups, baked goods, kitchen ware, gift cards, and about a hundred bucks on her first year of working at her job.
