Software process consultancy - Is it hot?

I am in software process consultancy for a long time now. I see that customers have starting respecting it. But is there a job market for this outside India? Even in India for 10 years in this field, what best you can expect to make annually?

I think your consultancy works for defining the processes for ISO and cmm kind of standards if i am not wrong.
instead of depending on this particular area,you can expand your activities to quality assurance,out sourcing,technical consultancy etc..You can do this by joining with people like me who has experience in Modern IT development.You should be very dynamic to adapt new business opportunities.i hope this helps.

Software process consultancy is known as system designing. If you are into system designs, then there is a lot of scope outside india.. too.

No it does not. You would need to purchase Microsoft Office, or use a free suite like Open Office.
