Yes, but don't be fooled into buying the batteries at the place you get the toys (either in a shop or online). It's the oldest scam in the book and one done by most major chains. There is NO WAY they should cost £3 a packet - go and get all the batteries from a pound shop instead.

I buy loads every Christmas but there is always one awkward toy that takes a type of battery they didn't have in the shop.
Why doesn't Father Christmas use AA batteries for everything ?

I buy the batteries for the toys at the same time, but what I do is wrap the batteries seperate from the toys and the kids just love it
