No because the disasterous decisions made have effected us all.
On the other hand it should never be forgotten.
This should be a lesson for all about the republican party once and for all.

No, even though Mitch McConnell and other Republicans were absolutely overjoyed and delighted when our missile strikes under Clinton in '98 failed to get Osama.

The Democrats shouldn't take great delight, but that shouldn't prevent them from pointing out that Bush and the Republicans were disastrously wrong. Bush STILL hasn't come close to admitting this, and nothing will substantially change until and unless he does.

No. Democrats and Republicans will have to work together to pull us out of the war in Iraq. Instead of basking in "great delight" we should try to find a way to end the disaster without making it worse.

Not at all! America as a nation suffers because of the mistakes made by the Republicans. If the Democrats take great delight in these mistakes then they should all be shot. I can tell you this....if the Democrats would have been in power our safety margin from terorist attacks would be far less than now. I am neither a Democrat or Republican and my opinion of Bush is not too positive, however, he is trying to keep us safe regardless of the bad press he is getting from liberal newspapers.

No because your premise is ill concived.
last i checked our so far dubious adventure in to Iraq was supported by both parties because we all ( including germany france, britian and the REST OF THE WORLD INLCUDING THE UN) belived Saddam and the worlds in tellignce agencys CIA and everyone elses, when he said he has WMDS and would use them to destry the US an Isreal.

He had begun to recruit the terrorist who had been chased out of AGAHN and on and on ( see NYT articvle attached)

so the decision was arrived at and supported by both parties- the problem has been the REP have not been willing to do all it takes to win.. we have been concerned about political correctness and civialian casualites ( which do bear consideration ) but it is time to the send more troops, load the big guns and shoot the insurgent leaders and ahmans, and drop a few bombs on areas that we know are hiding these idiots out until the iraqi population understandshow it is going to work- they get busy and hang these insurgents out to dry and then we can all go home to a peaceful life of democracy

This isn't a pissing contest, as the republicrats would have you believe. The US will suffer greatly from the consequences of these bloated misadventures. We had to deal with a single Osama; how many more have been created? Now, they're clamoring to invade Iran and Syria. Have you heard the mindless blabber on the TV recently? We have an Aggie as our Secretary of Defense, that's reason enough to fear the massive ineptitude in our government.. ;P

Oh yeah, I'm just over delighted that our country is on the verge of collapse, all because the PNAC members wanted to make a fortune US taxpayers. They diddled around so long in Iraq that we are to the point where any country with half@zzed army could invade and take us out. Thanks allot Republicans for destroying a great nation.

A lot less delight than the Republicans got when they proved that Clinton really did get a bl0wj0b from Monica Lewinsky.

No.

For one thing, the republicans weren't disastrously wrong, they just made a few mistakes. The basic idea of going into Iraq made sense, it was the way it was carried out that was bad.

Besides, considering that the various failures in Iraq have caused lots of wasted time and money and killed lots of people, I don't see why it should be considered good.

I'm sorry, and John Kerry's plan was what again?

Keep the troops in Iraq?

After voting to put them there?

Gee, all those "Great Democrats" in congress, and every one of them was "fooled" into going into war? I wouldn't take "great delight" in any of those idiots.

Using simple deductive reasoning, they're dumber than the President.
