One, and the most dangerous one, is Israel. And still Israe is somehow able to instill fear in the hearts of the US politicians and scamming out $3,000,000,000 per year of handouts from the US tax payers. And to top it off, it sends US armed forces, to fight on its behalf.
The other nation that did not sign the treaty is India.
The other country will be Pakistan.
