they stopped working. but the brights are still working. what did we do? how can we fix it.

Possible the dim side of headlights blew i mean new battery alot of juice to old headlight bulbs! They work on bright just not dim so its not a fuse try replacing the headlight itself!

well, you might want to start with the fuse box. the box panel should be labeled so that you know what fuse you are looking for. If not any parts store, like advanced, auto zone, may be able to help you locate the bad fuse.

OOPS Look for a loose wire. You either accidently didn't hook a wire back on or you accidently pulled a connection loose, or you accidently broke a wire around your battery.
