okay firstly i kept awesome records of his abuses. get this 100 pages of things this jerk has done and as for keeping a file on someone other than a government personnel file he has to allow me to look at everything in his files and anything that is not signed by me is inadmissable in court and we are talk the us attorneys office saying this. We went at it for 6 months straight because i would not spy for him or do his bidding. and i was a long way from minimum wage. I was a WL-07 making 26 per hour. Attempted to even have me spy on a union representative. outlined to me how he would get poeple fired and undermine the unions recruiting activities

First of all, you have less than a .01% chance of winning. Also, it's very likely that you signed away your right to sue when you accepted the employment. Yes they CAN keep such files on you and yes they ARE admissible under some circumstances. You're barking up the wrong tree. You also aren't telling the whole story either.
