How do you restart a game of nitendogs??

I need to restart my game because well i feel like it. Anywayz I used to know I think it is you press all the buttons at the same time but i cant remember plz help!!

i forget to but it is in that little handbook they give you in the case
or go on any website that has game cheats they will tell you
