Use a verb you like to do, or a noun you like. Like these:
this is BaNaNaS
hulaHOOOOP (okay, dumb examples but you get the point).
Or another word in a different language. Such as, mine:
LaXgataX13 .
la gata is "the cat" in Spanish. I like cats. Or maybe, use another word that begins with the same letter as your name. A, in this case:
active arena3425
Or some kinda sentence or something that describes you:
arena loves u862
Or something COMPLETELY RANDOM:

Try something that's simple and easy to remember like: (your name/nickname + your birthday) in your case arenaDMYR@aim.com D=day M=month YR= year
