Lights: Multi colored
Wreath: Why not? Small on the door; traditional look
Inflatables: No. As soon as the wind kicks up, they deflate. All my neighbors have them and they are deflated every couple of days. Too much of a hassle.
Other: I like those plastic, swirled "Christmas trees" that you can set up in the yard.

A lot of my neighbors use a light decorating service during the holidays because they work or are elderly or cannot physically do it themselves. Most of them do pay the businesses by the hour and around here (SoCal) the going rate is $10-15 an hour. The closer you schedule to the holidays, the higher price you pay. We are already getting the flyers on the door to schedule.
