Not to their face. I've laughed when people have slipped and fallen in front of me when I was looking out the window at work. I quickly hid while I laughed. Once it was an elderly woman who slipped on ice and I felt the thud of her head hitting the pavement. I didn't laugh at all that time. If I'm standing right next to them I help them up and I won't laugh even if I want to.

Yes. For me it's just a natural response apparently.
I once laughed when a dog we took to the vet snapped at her. She yelled at me saying "That's not funny" but I didn't even realize I HAD laughed.

No I would not laugh at somebody that feel you have to look at it like this if it was you would you want somebody to laugh at you no I do not think so. So you just treat that person the way you would want them to treat you so no I would not laugh at them
