how do u use eyeliner?

pencil where do u put it on bottom? inside or beneath lashes?

The way i apply my eyeliner is as follows:
1. Pull my lower lid slightly down
2. Apply the liner just above the eyelashes
3. Make sure that it looks even on both sides
4. If they are not even i lightly rub my finger under my lashes til they are evened out
5. I also make sure that the liner isnt where the tears ducts are

Beneath the lashes. You should never put it on the inside, this can cause infection.

I line my eyes with a Kohl liner from MAC in Smolder, and I line inside my top lashes and the inner rim on the bottom. it defines my lashes more and makes my eyes stand out more.

Pull down your bottom eyelid and there is skin right where your eyelashes start and put it there and if u want you can put some on the top eyelid I dont caus eit doesnt look good on me but I dont know what u look like so it might look good on you

i personally use it inside but it just depends on your preference and if someone tells you it's bad for your eye ignore them..ross burton, a huge make up artist who's done the olsen twins, the one tree hill cast, eva longoria and so many more, actually put my eyeliner on the inside for me so yeahh

You can put it, underneath on your bottom eye lids, or on top of your upper eye lids. Eye lashes, you use mascara!
