Although the show is intertaining it is obviously staged. These guys have not a clue on how to build a bike. They don't do any fabrication other than fenders, gas tanks, and some of the decorations. Everything else is what someone else made and they buy it and bolt it together. They have no knowledge of fabrication, tollerances, paint, or design. I wouldn't own one (and can afford their exploited prices) They may look good on TV but are junk from a mechanical sandpoint. Mass production wouldn't be a problem for them since they buy everything that matters from someone else that knows what they are doing.

We first off you can ask any body their bikes are crap. For show they are nice and they have some cool ideas. But if you want a bike to ride they would not be my first choice. As for the headquarters it was just a matter of time before they got the money to go big. It happens to everybody. They will soon fall to a new fad or someone with new ideas the tv will promote and make famous and rich.

OCC is a hugely successful marketing campaign. They are selling what we, the public, want to buy.
The fact that anything with their logo on it sells like hot cakes, proves that their brand of entertainment is successful.
Who would want to watch plain vanilla guys, hard at work, in a boring workshop? What if they all just got along, did their work and treated each other with respect. What would THAT do for the ratings?
Take it for what it is - entertainment for the masses. You can choose whether to watch / buy it. I choose not to.

Look if the bikes were crap......the sponsors that they have made bikes for wouldn't want them........I do agree it looks awfully staged but you are seeing a thumbnail of what they film. It would be boring if you watched Rick weld, grind and hammer out a tank for 2 hours.

uh, it's a TV show. you people do understand the concept of a TV show? they're all staged, even so-called "reality shows". Bottom line, if you don't like it, change the channel and stop acting like someone is holding a gun to your head to watch it. Jeez.
