I tell my freind that girls dont care unless they play alot or waste lots of money on it but my freind say's that chiks dont like video games

Well, you can't possibly speak for everyone but I'd have to say unless gaming is such a big deal to them that it consumes every second of his life..it shouldn't be an issue.

I think what the deal is here, is that girls don't like guys who "pay attention" to video games, to the exclusion of the "girl". I, personally, love playing video games. I very much enjoyed guys that I've known that play video games, but only the ones who still acknowledged my existance!! But, I think whats happened is that guys who play video games got a bad reputation because of those who don't like to be bothered by the girls they are with while they are playing.

MMORPG account = vow of celibacy.
But aside from that, plenty girls play video games too.
If your entire identity is summed up by the word "gamer," you're going to be a lot less interesting than someone who keeps busy with more creative hobbies and outdoor activities, and that goes for either gender.

He's right. I used to play much pc games and I can say that girls not like guys playing so much games. Sorry dude but most of them so ;)

No. Video games compete with the attention that they feel like they should get. Better to fix cars, move heavy objects, fix their video games.

Actually if they play with you thats more fun and tp pla with the girls you must have the wii becasue thats what everyone likes and its a hands on game console

I'm a chick, and I love video games! Yeah, I dig guys that like video games, but that's just because I like them. I don't think a girl who doesn't like video games would like a guy that likes video games, know what I'm saying? But even though I like guys who like video games, they can't be like a dork, geek, nerd, plain ugly, smelly.... brr. Then forget it.
