I just can't live without masturbation: it's like second nature to me. Sometimes, I can masturbate 15 times in a day. Without it, I just can't concentrate on my work. It's been going on for the last 5 years. Of course, it never posed any problem so far that I was dating. But, she now insists we get married and I know for sure, that even with sex, I would still want to masturbate daily.

Do not marry her unless you tell her about this. Once you are married she will find out about it. Maybe she'll be just fine with it (my wife doesn't mind when I masturbate), but either way, it's something she needs to know about beforehand.

if it does nothing hard to your health and it keep your urge of doing sex with everyone, then it should be okay. Imagine that your soon-to-be-wife girlfriend trying to satisfy your 15 times daily routines, man.... i'm afraid that your girlfriend will go to the doctor as well due your relentless action. I masturbate when i feel like my body is too 'hot' and even though so i still do it in my room privately. So i guess it's better than paying a hooker or raping some random woman :P

You could try castration - might be a little painful but you can always ---umm I m sorry -- I spelled it wrong -- I meant circumcision - it somehow reduces urge to masturbation.

In my opinion, if you don't want to lose her for such a silly reason, don't tell this thing in advance. She may not be as enlightened as women who answered you here. Any case she's bound to learn when you get married - don't be aplogetic - just explain to her why you became an addict. Don't give that "I wanted to tell you honey, but I couldn't" look, that might piss her off even more.
It's up to you to make her part of as you put it, "second nature".

Why do you feel its an ugly secret? Masturbation is a very normal activity, amd very common. You do masturbate a hell of alot though! Dont you get sore?
If you and your girlfriend are in a good relationship, then why shouldnt she except it? My husband maturbates and i have n problem with it all. Like you have mentioned, it keeps your desires under control, so wheres the bad in it?
You may find that if you do settle down and get married, you may not feel the need to masturbate so much.
If you are happy with the way you are, then i cant see why any women should have a problem with it.
If your not happy, then maybe you should seel some help?

Seems that you might have an addiction to masturbation. You are addicted to the endorphin rush you get from ejaculation.
You should seek help, some sort of group therapy or counseling.
And make sure you are using a good lubricant, you don't want to start a fire with as many times as you are rubbin one out!
