if that is what you really want to see, then you do not have a clue about women's or men's hockey at the elite levels. obviously you cannot appreciate the speed, intensity, or skill levels of the women's game. of course they will not beat the men; it's a physical mismatch. would a fly weight fight mike tyson. there's a lot more to hockey than goon tactics. you should even try playing it. i'd like to see you play against some of the girls from the canadian olympic team. you wouldn't be able to body check, hook, spear or elbow them because you'd never keep up.

I totally respect women's hockey and women playing any sports but that wouldn't work out. It's two different styles of play. However, there have been some games like that. The women's national team lost to a mens midget minor team and a mens high school team from Minnesota. Those are the only games I know of between men and women but I'm sure that there are others.

Some women who play hockey are a lot tougher than you think. All throught the years of my youth hockey I've played against some pretty tough girls (at any level of checking) infact we had a girl on our team who could knock people off their skates like it was nothing, like JS stated they probably dont have the ability to play at the pro level, but seriously you're asking for a game thats to intent an injury if thats what you'd like to see then what you want is just stupid and ignorant.

This would just be silly. While I'm sure there are women around who have the speed, agility, hand-eye coordination and skating ability to play at the professional level, what they don't have is the upper-body strength or the physical stamina to be checked into the boards by a 5'11" 230 lb professional hockey player.
I know where you're going with this, but it just wouldn't work out.

Well i think your a bit dimented dude. However, it would be a good fundraiser to have the Canadian Womens Olympic team have a game against The Canadian Men's Olympic team using Womens rules.
You are probably the type of dude who would pay big bucks to see mike tyson fight a woman in the ring huh!

Why to prove to you that men are more dominant? I remember one year when I was 9 (at that point I had ben playing hockey for 4 years) My sister who is 2 years older asked me if I could get my team to scrimage against her team before they played in the championship. In the first period we scored 11 goals to their none. We decided it was a very bad idea and stopped after 1 period. My team went on to win our Championship and her team won her Championship (how I have no idea they really really sucked LOL) However it just goes to show that (in hockey only girls so don't get your panties in a bunch) that they could never ever compete with boys/men. ps a girl did play for the TB Lightning only in preseason and didn't make the team she was a goaltender.

Oh i agree..i play on a guys team so i know what its like but id also like to see womens vs. men. I think its a great idea if the women are tough..if not forget it..because on my team on the ice i get treated like a guy..i get broken bones and the minute later im on the ice playing again (till the coach drags me off) but when they r wussies playing it just to be cool then no..but i think a good womens team vs. a mens team is pure entertainment!
