is there anyone else having trouble accessing their e-mails at the moment ? i use talktalk for my broadband and they just say that there is a problem, but this doesn't really tell me whats going on !

Yes, I cannot access my emails either. I am also with Talk Talk. I wish they would stop the Talk Talk and start the Action Action to get their sorry mess sorted. There never seems to be a week when either the phone or the broadband is down. I think we must be patient.

It sounds strange but to be safe, check your system for viruses and spywaer. Then go to Windows updates and download the latest updates.

They mean there is a problem on their mail server I imagine.
Out of your hands I'm afraid, just hope they sort it pronto.

try replacing the outgoing port to '587'. That worked for me. The default is '25'. That wasnt operating for me. I then tried '465' which didnt artwork both. So only try '587' if not that then try, '465'.
