If you want to get up early start by going to sleep early like around 8:00 or 9:00. Do that every day and after like a week your body will get used to getting up early and reset the clock or timer in your body. Try it.

During the day:
1. Exercize. If you have a high level of stress during the day, exercize after work, but finish at least an hour before bed.
2. Drink enough water every day
3. Don't drink caffeine
4. Limit "empty carb" stuff (chips, pop, desserts)

An hour or two before bed:

1. Don't eat dairy or anything hard to digest (including broccoli, beans, etc)
2. Stop eating for the day (water's ok)
6. Have a bedtime ritual that doesn't involve a lot of thinking: clean your room, drink hot tea, take a bath....
5. Avoid anything that gets your emotions going anywhere but happy & calm. (No news, bills, office work/homework, etc)
5. Dim your lights. This makes your body think it's nighttime. This also means NO computer or tv--sources of light.

I have problems with that, too, but how is this related to pregnancy?

Here's some links that explain a good process for teaching yourself to get up early in the morning.

How to Become an Early Riser, Part II:

How to Get Up When Your Alarm Goes Off:

If you read all three of those, you should have a good idea how to train yourself for this. It's good advice.

Set your alarm a half hour before you want to wake up - music is nice to wake up to - something soft and easy. Keep pressing snooze on this. Set your cellphone alarm to wake you up when you really need to get up. It's not so bad waking up to music when you know you can press snooze and that you have so much time until your cellphone alarm goes off. But when that cellphone alarm goes off, then you know it's time. No more snoozing. By then though, you should be ready to get up. Plus, make sure you're not up very late at night.

Put an alarm clock across the room.
You'll have to get up and out of bed to turn it off.

OR

Set up an intricate system that will pour water on you 5 minutes after your alarm goes off.

i would suggest taking a warm bath the night before that way you feel relaxed and fall asleep faster, which will help you wake up earlier and feel great!! By the way its not recommended to drink lots of water before you go to sleep, it makes u constantly wake up during the night to use the restroom as you keep interupting your sleep, which will cause you to have a hard time waking up since you didnt get a good night sleep
