We have a body clock that does certain things in a set time and ovulation is just that . On the day of your period start counting. Because your period is seven days regardless of how many you bleed you are to count another seven. You always ovulate on the 14th day. But there is also a overlap where because of the semen you can get pregnant on the 13th and the 15th although this can be difficult but you can get pregnant. When you ovulate your body temp rises so if your trying take your temp from inside you and it will read higher than your normal temp. Also some women feel different because of the hormone and they want sex they feel hungry or very moody. By the end of the 15th date its very much over.So to cap from the day of your period counting 14 days and your ovulating. Hope this helps, take care.

For some women, it's pretty obvious. Learn to listen to your body. Some months, I know exactly when I'm ovulating, others, I don't. If in doubt, you can get a few ovulation test kits and try those. Then, make a calendar and you can find a pattern that will help you to know your cycle. It's different for everyone.

You can buy an ovulation testing kit and it tells you when you are ovulating. I believe you have a 3 day window of time starting 10 days after your last perid. Also, the hotter the temp. inside of you the greater chance of you ovulating. Good Luck!
