I'm still young and my sexual needs are not being met. I don't want to hurt him, myself or another person. I don't want to be promiscous. What choices do I have?

Masturbation, toys, etc.

Whatever you do, do not go seeking for sexual attention from another man or you will lose the relationship you had with this guy for 20 years. You won't realize what you've lost until he's gone.

Ooooo i am so sorry. You really need to talk to him. See if he's willing to compromise and meet your needs as well. But it's probably more of an age thing than a him being selfish thing. You kinda wlaked into this situation by being with a significantly older man anyway. So u kinda made the decision to make the sexual aspect not as important. BUT there's hope if he's willing to try. Viagra is the most known way of course. Or maybe u both just need couples coundeling with a sex analyst. There are ways ti revive it as long as both are ready & willing partners. Good luck!

As the other person mentioned, masturbation is one option. Does he (and you) think that cybersex is OK? There are many opportunities for that online. Perhaps there is a medical condition which causes him not to be interested in sex. Perhaps there is a low testosterone issue.

Since you've been with him for 20 years, he knows you love him and he loves you. Have you two spoken about the lack of sex? What does he say?

I am 45 my mate is 43 and we also have been in a relationship for 18 years and he wasn't intrested in anal sex any longer so I told him that I would be going on a website to find someone to bend over for me from time to time, no strings attached..That has been working out well. And he did give his blessings...But guess what, in the last week or so, he has decided he's intrested again.....Funny how things work out :) BIG LOVE Kevin

I have an occasional f-buddy who's in a similar situation. He's 50, his lover of almost 30 years is 70, and they have an open relationship. He lives in a state university town and gets as much dιck as he wants.

Well... you can try an assortment of dildos and that's not trying to be funny. This will help you out so you don't have to be promiscuous. But also try to find out why your partner is not interested in sex anymore. There may be a problem with his health.

That sucks, i'm sorry,

But your right, your 42, your still at you peak,

When a man reaches (men get a form of metopause too) that stage, much like when women lose estragen, and gain testosterone, they get more of a sex drive.

Men go through it too, except reverse, they lose testosterone, and gain estragin,

You may be gay, but your now living woth a woman. Sorry

try to convince him to take Viagra

I still think that there is time for you to become part of Christ's life.Deny your sexual desires, and love Christ for every good and moral thing that he has done for you. If your partner isn't interested in ways you'd like him to be, maybe that is a sign. Just trying to help. I hope that you find your way.

Max is right about the cheating part but maybe it could be a medical reason. Why not ask your doctor? Good luck
