i have heard of 3D but what is 4D?

4d is a realtime image, like a video.

It's the same as the 3D but you see it a little better and it also cost more to get a 4D done but they are great I got a 4D done before it's preety cool.

3D is a 3d photo of the baby. 4D is a video or realtime image. This just means that u see it as a video.

You know what? I just check my pamphlet on 3D and 4D ultrasounds and no where does it say what the difference is. I wonder what it is too.

4d is a 3d ultrasound that is in motion. I have alot of them on my myspace. They are beautiful. If you have myspace I will give you my link and you will def. see the diffrence.
