I am in no way afraid of public speaking, but when in front of a big enough crowd, I do sometimes get some butterflies, but more in the same way I get before starting a car race or some other extreme event. What scares me more than my dying, is the thought of losing my wife or kids. Not sure I could handle it.

People fear living for eternity and or living longer than their loved ones. they fear not knowing what is in the future for themselves and how they can stop the future from happening when there is no way of knowing what the future is.

This may be true for alot of people. I found that the thing that helps the most is just to know what you are talking about and be prepared!

people only fear death because they know its inevitable( impossible to avoid or stop). really if people didnt have death to look forward too the world would be a boring place!! trust me i know!!!!! and by the way there is no such thing as fear at birth it is a leared behavor.
