i love music- i love listening to the stuff, and seeing as it evokes so many emotions, thoughts and feelings. i cannot imagine the world or my life being the same without it. for most of us, we live, breathe and listen to it every day in our lives. likewise, listening to happy or uptempo music after having or experiencing a bad or miserable time in your life or when you're having a bad day yourself, relieves some of that tension, misery and stress one might be enduring

Music is my therapy and my meditation.
It helps me get through each day, I don't think I'd be able to survive without music.
On a practical level, I use music as a distraction to cope with the anxiety.
On a more emotional level, I find great comfort in moving lyics and music seems to comfort me. I also use it as a way of communicating with others - I can quote a song that sums up how I feel easier than I can write my own words.
The track that I'm playing right now is Johnny Cash - The Man In Black. A really moving song. And I'm wearing all black today, as I do most days. "But I'll try to carry off a little darkness on my back, 'Till things are brighter, I'm the Man In Black"

It's never been a big factor in my life. Sure I like listening to it from time to time, but I think in my entire life, I've bought maybe 50 albums for myself, and I'm in my 40s.

I have a home stereo system that works, but I've never hooked it up since I moved 2 1/2 years ago.

Bottom line, if music disappeared off the face of the earth, my life wouldn't be terribly effected.

Well i also love music and i would hate it if there were none as it can mean all sorts of different things in our lives which to a music lover can bring many many happy hours of pleasure.
HAPPY LISTENING.
Oh and playing if you are a musician.

It`s not very important to me, I don`t listen to it much. I prefer conversation and debate, even on the radio.

If I go more than two days without listening my mood really changes.
It is everything to me.
